Once you have

• purchased a physical SIM from us, or
• have an eSIM enabled device

simply purchase your data plan to TopUp with a prepaid data bundle of your choice.
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3..

• Go to our store
• Purchase a pre-paid data bundle (3GB, 5GB or 10GB UK+EU options available).
• Provide details in the “Checkout Notes” section as you pay as follows

1. SIM number 898523503190000xxxxx, Start date dd/mm/yyyy – for physical SIMs, or
2. EID number 89049032xxxxxxxxxxxxx, Start date dd/mm/yyyy – for eSIMs (Consult your phones manual to find your EID).

Prepaid data bundles are valid for 30 days from the date you specify

We link all your SIMs to your email address and provide you a personal online portal.
